Until April 6, state flags at the commonwealth of Pennsylvania facilities, public buildings and grounds will be flown at half-staff honoring Lebanon City Police Lieutenant William Lebo who was shot on March 31 in the line of duty and died of injuries.According to a release by Gov. Tom Wolf, he ordered the flag to be lowered until sunset on April 6, as well as the day of Lebo’s funeral.
