Later that day, he acknowledged National CPR and AED Awareness Week by emphasizing the critical nature of these life-saving skills during cardiac emergencies. He urged people to learn more about CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), noting their potential to save lives when every second counts. “This week is National CPR and AED Awareness Week. When someone goes into cardiac arrest, every second counts, and knowing CPR or how to use an automated external defibrillator can mean the difference between life and death.”
The following day, on June 4, Congressman Mackenzie recounted an instance where his office assisted a constituent facing challenges with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
