Dr. Sandeep Singh, the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, has been honored with the Thomas Strax, MD, National Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Leadership Award. The award was part of the Temple Health Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Leadership and Clinical Awards for the academic year 2024-2025. The event took place on May 29 in Center Valley.

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation works closely with the Temple University Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program to match highly qualified candidates in the field of physiatry.

Colleagues from both Good Shepherd and Temple Health attended the awards ceremony to honor Dr. Singh alongside two other distinguished recipients from Temple. Dr. Sam S. H. Wu, Chair and Residency Program Director at Temple, led the presentation of awards.

Temple’s Dr. Bryan O’Young was awarded the Martin Grabois, MD, International Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Leadership Award, while Dr. Andrea Brown received the Steven Stiens, MD, Master Clinician Award.
