Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, in collaboration with Lehigh University, is undertaking a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to gain insights into the requirements of individuals with autism and other neurodivergent conditions in the greater Lehigh Valley. The goal is to enhance the treatments and services offered by Good Shepherd in this region.

To support this initiative, a survey has been created for completion by three groups: people who identify as neurodivergent, families and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals, and clinical and service providers working with the neurodivergent community. Participants are encouraged to share the survey within their networks. The survey is anonymous and will be available until June 30, 2025.
