A new paid parking option is now available in downtown Easton. The Social Security Administration lot on South 4th Street, located between Washington Street and Ferry Street, can be used for paid parking on weekday evenings after 5 p.m. and throughout the weekend.
The lot operates as a pay-by-app location, using the ParkSmarter app. Drivers also have the option to scan a QR code displayed on parking lot signs to pay online.
According to city officials, “during major city events a flat fee may be charged to park in the lot.”
