On Friday, April 4, former Pocono Mountain East High School standout Gavin Sopko’s current college team, the East Stroudsburg Warriors, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mansfield Mountaineers.
The game took place at Joseph Shaute Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Mountaineers this season.
The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 3 p.m. at Creekview Park against Pace Setter.
