Rep. Milou Mackenzie announced on April 6 that veterans and their families can access services during Veteran Assistance Hours held each month at her district offices in Bethlehem and Red Hill.

The initiative aims to provide local veterans with help related to compensation, pension, death benefits, education, health care, and other needs. These services are open to all veterans and their dependents regardless of membership in the American Legion.

Veteran Assistance Hours are scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month at the Red Hill office located at 56 W. Fourth St., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on the fourth Wednesday of every month at the Bethlehem office at 1425 Mountain Dr. N., also from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

To schedule an appointment for these sessions, individuals are encouraged to contact Mackenzie’s district office by calling 610-965-5830.

Mackenzie said these recurring events are designed to ensure greater accessibility for local veterans seeking support.
