U.S. Congressman Ryan Mackenzie has recently shared several updates on his official social media account, highlighting community achievements, honoring fallen officers, and discussing border security progress.
On May 14, 2025, Congressman Mackenzie extended his congratulations to Andrew Holub for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. He expressed his best wishes for Holub’s continued dedication to service and hard work in the community. “Congratulations to Andrew Holub on earning the rank of Eagle Scout! Wishing you success as you continue your hard work and service to others. Thanks for serving our community!”
The following day, on May 15, 2025, he paid tribute to law enforcement officers who have sacrificed their health and lives in service. Mackenzie noted that this year, the names of 19 officers from Pennsylvania will be engraved alongside over 24,000 fallen officers’ names. Among them are two individuals who lost their lives within the past year. “Honoring the men and women who have sacrificed their health and their lives in service to our communities. This year, the names of 19 officers from Pennsylvania — including two who lost their lives in the past year — will be engraved alongside the names of over 24,000 fallen”
Later that day, Mackenzie discussed advancements made at the southern border of the United States. He claimed a significant reduction in crossings by 90% within a few months but emphasized that cooperation from local authorities across Greater Lehigh Valley and nationwide is essential for sustained progress. “In just a few short months, we’ve made extraordinary progress in securing our nation’s southern border — reducing crossings by 90%. We can’t fix this alone; we need the cooperation of local authorities throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley and across the United States.”
