On November 14, 2025, Mackenzie addressed veterans’ healthcare needs, stating: “Veterans deserve a clear, straightforward pathway for receiving the care they need. As we honor Veterans Day this week, we can ensure that every veteran has access to the care they’ve earned without delay, confusion, or frustration. The Improving Veteran Access to Care Act will”. This message coincided with national observances of Veterans Day and referenced proposed legislation aimed at simplifying healthcare access for veterans.
Later that day, Mackenzie congratulated local communities in his district on new funding for emergency services: “Congratulations to people of Alburtis, Macungie, and Lower Macungie on this funding for a new fire station. I’ve been focused on delivering real results for the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos, and I’m proud that one of our first successful Community Project Funding requests”.
