Public Notice - Zoning Variance
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Forks Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Forks Township Municipal Building, 1606 Sullivan Trail, Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania 18040 on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of Glenn Romano for a variance from § 200-15 B of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an in-ground pool and concrete pool deck in excess of the required impervious ratio percentage of 25% on the subject property at 1425 Stafford Drive, Forks Township, Parcel ID Number J9 1 6-44. The property is located in the CR (Country Residential) zoning district of the Township and is owned by the applicant, Glenn Romano.
Copies of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Forks Township Municipal Building, Easton, Pennsylvania, during regular business hours.
