Lafayette College Pubc Safety issued the following announcement on Aug. 24.

Robert B. and Helen S. Meyner Professor of Government and Public Service, John Kincaid, spoke with Bloomberg about litigation underway in several states that have required K-12 students to mask up while in the classroom.

“Federalism is an agreement to disagree,” said Kincaid. “As much as people might disagree, federalism is designed to accommodate that diversity.”
