Public Notice - Zoning Hearing Board
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Forks Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Forks Township Municipal Building, 1606 Sullivan Trail, Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania 18040 on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of Giovanni Scotto-Dicesare for a variance from § 200-15 B of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an in-ground pool in excess of the required impervious ratio percentage of 25% on the subject property at 1811 Maple Avenue, Forks Township, Parcel ID Number K9 235 . The property is situated in the CR (Country Residential) zoning district of the Township and is owned by the applicant, Giovanni Scotto Dicesare. Copies of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Forks Township Municipal Building, Easton, Pennsylvania, during regular business hours.
