UPDATE: Mixed Use Village SALDO & Zoning Ordinance Amendment Drafts - Willow Brook Farm and Alexandra H. Fuller Family Trust Zoning Ordinance Validity Challenge/Curative Amendment

Allen issued the following announcement on Feb. 7.

At their meeting of Monday, January 24, 2022 the Allen Township Planning Commission recommended consideration of two draft ordinances to resolve the Willow Brook Farm and Alexandra H. Fuller Family Trust Zoning Ordinance Validity Challenge/Curative Amendment (filed May 3, 2019) and the Mixed Use Conceptual Plan to the Allen Township Board of Supervisors. Public Hearings and Tentative Enactment of the Mixed Use Village Draft Zoning & Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance Draft Amendments is scheduled for February 22, 2022 at 7 PM.
