Veterans and their families in the Bethlehem area have regular opportunities to access important services provided by Representative Milou Mackenzie. Mackenzie, who serves the Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton districts, offers these services during Veteran Assistance Hours each month to support local veterans.
The services are scheduled for the third Wednesday at Mackenzie's office in Red Hill and the fourth Wednesday at her Bethlehem office. The intention is to make these services more accessible for veterans in the local community.
The next sessions are set for April 16 at the Red Hill office located at 56 W. Fourth St., Red Hill, and April 23 at the Bethlehem office at 1425 Mountain Dr. N., Bethlehem. Sessions run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Offered services include assistance with benefits related to compensation, pension, death, education, and health care. These services are available to veterans and their families regardless of American Legion membership.
