What’s going on at Vanderveer Park? The first phase of construction starts this summer with a parking lot and two half basketball courts, plus space for other games, and a mural.
The second phase – the new and improved park – will come soon after, providing lots of green spaces and places for play, lounging, and education. We want to make sure the project works for the West Ward community, so we are asking for your help in dreaming up what should be there.
Join West Ward Community Initiative and Omnes at the West Ward Market this Wednesday, June 29 from 3-7 pm to make your voice heard and help design the future Vanderveer Park.
