Rep. Milou Mackenzie announced that a 58-acre farm in East Greenville, owned by the Yerger family, has been preserved through Pennsylvania's Farmland Preservation Program. The farm is located within Mackenzie's 131st District in Montgomery County.
“I am so happy to learn that this beautiful 58-acre farm in East Greenville has been included in the Farmland Preservation Program,” said Mackenzie. “Congratulations to the Yerger family! We can all be grateful that our community will continue to be blessed by this amazing stretch of Pennsylvania farmland far into the future!”
The program aims to protect Pennsylvania’s agricultural resources for future generations while supporting rural communities and local economies.
