State Rep. Milou Mackenzie | Pennsylvania 131st Legislative District
Veterans and their families in the Bethlehem area now have increased access to essential services due to new Veteran Assistance Hours introduced by Representative Milou Mackenzie. These additional hours aim to enhance support for local veterans by providing more opportunities for assistance.
Previously, veteran assistance was available on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Mackenzie's Bethlehem office. Now, starting from January 15, 2025, these services will also be offered on the third Wednesday of each month at her Red Hill office. The Red Hill office is located at 56 W. Fourth St., and the Bethlehem office is situated at 1425 Mountain Dr. N.
The services provided include help with compensation, pension and death benefits, education, health care, among others. Veterans do not need to be members of the American Legion to receive these services.
