For our residents who receive trash and recycling collection from the municipal hauler, JP Mascaro & Sons:
Please note that the upcoming Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays will NOT affect your trash/recycling collections (for the December 29th, 2022, collection and January 5th, 2022, collection dates). Please place your trash/recycling at the curb Wednesday evening for collection on Thursday.
JP Mascaro & Sons holiday collection policy is as follows: “If there is a holiday on or before Thursday, collection will occur on Friday. If there is a holiday that lands on a Saturday or Sunday, collections will remain as normal collection schedule. Holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1), Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (December 25).”
