EAST BATH AND GUN CLUB: NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course on October 24

East Bath Rod & Gun Club recently issued the following announcement

Event: NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course

When: October 24, 2020

Where: East Bath Rod & Gun Club, 7905 Township Line Rd, Bath, PA 18014, USA (map)

Description: Teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely. This course is 1 Day (8-hours) long and includes classroom and range time learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest position, and two handed standing positions; cleaning the pistol; and continued opportunities for skill development.

For those new to shooting sports; Guns, Cleaning kits, Eye and Ear protection will be available to use in class. Ammunition for the live fire practical exercise will be provided. (Only .22LR ammunition will be provided)  If students are using their own handgun other than a .22LR, students will need to provide 100 rounds of ammunition. (Ammunition maybe available for purchase, please contact us)

Cost is $135, a $20 deposit is required. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We do offer a discount if taking Basic Pistol and Personal Protection Inside the Home on the same weekend, in addition we provide a family discount for multiple students.
