Easton Heritage Day road closures and parking info

It's going to be a party in Centre Square this Sunday 7/10 for Easton Heritage Day! Please see the graphic and the detailed list below of road closures for the event, as well as when they will reopen.

Remember that the four downtown ring roads (Ferry St., 4th St., 2nd St. and Spring Garden St. are now all TWO-WAY ROADS. They will provide drivers with additional options to get around the closed roads during the event.

The following roadways close Sunday at 6 am for event setup:

  • Northampton Street from 4th St. to 2nd St.
  • North 3rd Street from Centre Square to Spring Garden St.
  • South 3rd Street from Centre Square to Ferry St.
Starting at 6 pm, North 3rd Street and the 300 Block of Northampton Street will reopen to traffic. The 300 Block of Northampton Street will temporarily convert to one-way WESTBOUND traffic to help move drivers through the downtown and Centre Square.

South 3rd Street from Centre Square to Ferry St., and the 200 Block of Northampton St., will remain closed until after the fireworks end.

Garage parking - a flat fee of $10 (cash only) for all-day parking at both city garages.

Both entrances to the Pine Street Garage will be open - from S. 4th St. make a left onto Pine Street OR from S. 4th St. make a left onto Ferry St.

The Intermodal Terminal Parking Garage behind City Hall will be accessible from S. Third St in both directions.

Fireworks (scheduled for 9:30 pm) - Larry Holmes Drive will be closed in both directions at approximately 8:30 pm as the crowd in Scott Park grows leading up to the fireworks. It will be reopened after the fireworks.
